About us

The DADV (German Anti-Discrimination League) consists of longstanding members of work committees, HR professionals, trade union executives and employers. In our daily work we are getting support from experienced employment lawyers and psychologists who help us plan seminars and consulting. Our Legal Expert, Prof Dr Alenfelder, is specialized in both anti discrimination law and employment law. He enables us to assess up to date legal options in warding off discrimination.

We lend victims the much needed helping hand. In most cases legal and practical support is readily available. Very often victims of discrimination can claim considerable amounts in compensation.

All enquiries will be treated absolutely confidential.

At the same time we also advise employers and companies. Many employers are quite unaware as to what their duties are, what they actually have to prove and what they must not do to avoid discrimination and compensation claims.
